Kannur: CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan came out strongly against the 'delayed' visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the bereaved families in Ockhi-hit regions. Mr Kodiyeri alleged that when the cyclone hit the coastal regions of South India, the Prime Minister behaved as if he was the chief minister of Gujarat, adding that he even failed to make a phone call to the chief minister of Kerala.
