6 arrested for starvation deaths of cows in Gwalior
The accused had confined the cattle in the class room and locked them to prevent them from invading their fields.
Bhopal: Six people were on Saturday arrested for locking up 17 cattle in a class room in a government school in Samudan under Dabra police station in Gwalior district, leading to their death due to starvation and suffocation.
“Six people, all local villagers, were arrested, while four others involved in the incident were still absconding,” police said. The accused had confined the cattle in the class room and locked them to prevent them from invading their fields.
