Hyderabad: A Civil Contractor Shashidhar of Quthbullapur was slapped with a fine of Rs 10,000 for illegally dumping cement and debris waste on the side of the road at Suchithra crossroads.
The GHMC officials found that without written permission from the GHMC Commissioner, the contractor has been dumping concrete waste on the road causing inconvenience to the public, which is an offence committed under Hyderabad Municipal Corporation 1955.
