Tamil Nadu class 10 exams: Topper misses 500 by two marks
CHENNAI: Vyasa Vidyalaya Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Puzhithivakkam displayed an atmosphere of joy and cheer as its student A.Niranjana emerged as the city topper with a whopping score of 498 out of 500 in the class 10 exams, the results of which were announced on Friday.
“My favorite subject is Physics as it involves a lot of application and I aspire to be an electrical engineer and work in a manufacturing industry,” she said.
She also has plans of providing monetary help to underprivileged kids to study, as they have better goals than anybody else, according to her.
Niranjana adds that her success mantra is knowing how to manage stress. "I study for not more than two hours a day and did not skip my routine of playing sports even a day before exam," she explained.
Her teachers mention her to be very lively and carefree with high level of IQ. Talking about the announcement of state ranks being pulled down, Niranjana said she is disappointed as she is not getting recognition despite such good marks.
