Chennai: Amid reports that senior AIADMK ministers O. Panneerselvam and ‘Natham’ R.Viswanathan have been sidelined, the two leaders took part in the party’s negotiations with allies for seat sharing in the May 16 Assembly elections.
They were accompanied by other senior ministers R.Vaithilingam, ‘Edappadi’ K. Palanisamy, Thangamani and Velumani. Thamizhaga Vazhvurimai Katchi led by T. Velmurugan, RPI and All India Forward Bloc have been holding seat negotiations with the AIADMK. A total of 34 outfits expressed support to the AIADMK on Saturday.
