Visakhapatnam: The general body meeting of the Veteran Sailors Forum (VSF), under the aegis of the Eastern Naval Command, will be held at Samudrika Auditorium, located near INS Satavahana, Visakhapatnam, on February 3 as part of the Navy Week Celebrations. Various policies promulgated by the government, the ministry of defence, and welfare initiatives by the Indian Navy pertaining to the veteran sailors, including their pension, resettlement, and other issues, will be discussed during the meeting.
VSF members, including Veer Naris and Sahara ladies, are invited to attend the event. Members who wish to attend the event have to register at the Command Regimental System Office located near the INCS Complex, near Scindia Junction, Visakhapatnam, by February 1.
