Delta Motors has alleged that BMW officials had given false data with regard to a case on dealership dispute.

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad High Court on Thursday expressed its disinclination to grant any relief in a quash petition moved by officials of BMW India Ltd in a criminal case pending against them before the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Secunderabad.
Justice A. Shankar Narayana was dealing with the quash petition against criminal proceedings initiated by a lower court on a private complaint by Delta Motors, a car dealer. He said a connected matter was pending before another judge, and asked the registry to tag the petition with it. Delta Motors has alleged that BMW officials had given false data with regard to a case on dealership dispute.
