Hyderabad: Srinivas Murthy, a teacher at Reddypally Zilla Parishad School in Chegunta Mandal, allegedly threw chilli powder in the eyes of the headmaster, Mr M. Devaiah, on Monday.
Mr Murthy, who teaches science, came late on Monday. The headmaster questioned on his late arrival and that too without communicating about the delay.

Education officer K.B. Nayak said that a complaint has been registered and it will be investigated.
