University of Hyderabad student attempts suicide

Hyderabad: Moses Abraham, a UoH student doing his PhD at the Advanced Centre of Research in High Energy Materials tried to commit suicide on Friday.

He gave a presentation on research methodology which was not found satisfactory by his supervisor, following which Abraham got tense and slashed his wrist. He was taken to hospital, and discharged with three stitches.
