Hyderabad: The Junior Doctors Association at Osmania Medical College on Tuesday conducted a ‘Nara Drishiti Shanti Homamam’ to draw the attention of the concerned authorities and to overcome the hurdles for the construction of new buildings for the Osmania General Hospital. The protests entered is the 10th day of protest for the new building since the multiple incidents of falling cement flakes and injuries to patient's relatives and also junior doctors.
The junior doctors have resorted to novel forms of protest to draw attention of the authorities who have not responded to the situation despite the dilapidated state of the building. Protests are ongoing at the hospital and at the medical college as it become very dangerous for the patients and hospital staff.
