Vishakhapatnam: National Christian Council founder and president Dr Sam Paul, along with newly appointed professionals’ wing president Dr Padmaja Rani, condemned the brutal attacks on the doctors who take care of patients’ lives.
As there are increasing attacks on doctors throughout India, the NCC has sent urgent mails to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and to Union Home Minister Amit Shah, urging them to control these kinds of unruly attacks on doctors and other professionals.
Dr Rani said that the Council had already represented AP home minister Mekathoti Sucharitha. They are also planning to give representations to AP Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy to ensure justice to doctors and to control those that may commit any barbaric action.
NCC AP state president Dr. George Muller and Council’s district president Rev. K. Christopher said that they will submit a memorandum to the Chief Minister, soon.regarding this matter.
The NCC also plans to form a network all the professionals to achieve their goals in service activities and to be useful to the society.
Professionals Wing of NCC had an emergency meeting in the city on Tuesday under the leadership of wing president Dr. Rani.
