Day 6: Hanumantha, Gaja vahanams are visual treat

The Lord seating upon Hanuman blessed his devotees, who thronged the temple streets to witness the grandeur of Lord.

Tirupati: On the sixth day of the ongoing annual brahmotsavams, Lord Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy took a celestial ride on Hanumantha Vahanam along the mada streets encircling the temple in Appalayagunta near Tirupati on Tuesday.

The procession turned more colorful when the the Lord atop Hanumantha Vahanam was accompanied by the bhajana troupes, who performed in front of the Vahana seva. The Lord seating upon Hanuman blessed his devotees, who thronged the temple streets to witness the grandeur of Lord.

In the evening, Lord Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy took a majestical ride on Gaja Vahanam, the mighty elephant carrier. The pleasant evening turned out into sea of humanity with the devotees in large numbers taking part in the Vahana seva.

Temple DyEO Jhansi Rani, AEO Subrama-nyam, Superintendent Gopala Krishna Reddy were present.
