Hyderabad: The entrance test for admissions to MBA and MCA courses under the Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test -TS ICET-2017 was held on Thursday from 10am to 12.30pm at various centres across the state.
The test was held at 132 centres under 16 regional centres and there was an increase in applications by 4,834 this year compared to 2016; with 77,422 candidates having registered for the test.
On Thursday, 71,172 candidates attended the examination and 6,250 candidates were absent. Some 91.93 per cent students have attended the exam all over the state.
In Hyderabad, 38,715 candidates attended it whereas 42,542 candidates had registered for the test in Hyderabad.
TS ICET primary answer key can be downloaded from May 21 from the official website, icet.tsche.ac.in, and results are expected on May 30.
