Warangal: In their bid to create awareness among residents about Thalassemia affected persons, Sravs Fitness Zone in association with the Indian Medical Association, Indian Red Cross Society, Warangal Urban and Bandhan Ceramics Pvt Ltd would be organising a 10K Run on April 21.
A representative of Sravs Fitness Zone B. Sravanti Reddy said, “The run will be flagged off by police commissioner V. Ravinder from the auditorium of the Kakatiya University Arts and Science College at 5.30 am. District collector Prashant Jeevan Patil will be the chief guest”.
Those interested in participating in the Run have to pay `500 as registration fee. They will be given a T-shirt, BIB number, participation certificate, and fruit juices.
The amount collected through the event will be used to provide better facilities for Thalassemia- affected persons.
