Hyderabad: A second year engineering student died in a road accident on Tuesday evening under the Mailardevpally police station limits .
The victim was identified as K. Nagesh, 20. “The victim was on his way from Saidabad to Abdullapurmet. At Bata Singaram Y junction, an unidentified DCM van hit the victim’s bike,” said an investigating officer from Abdullapurmet police station.
The post mortem of the victim will be conducted at Osmania Hospital and a case under Section 304A was booked by the police which relates to causing death due to negligence.
