Vijayawada: Decoding TD supremo N. Chandrababu Naidu’s poll campaign style since last Saturday clearly establishes that he is trying to spread a fear psychosis to attack the YSRC. He has been asking the electorate if they want Pulivendula factionalism or development in their area.
“These polls are a fight between development and anarchism. Family members of Vivekananda Reddy tried to mislead police. They first said that it was a natural death due to a heart attack; later after police entered the scene, they changed tack. It is for the voters to decide whether they want people who don’t even spare a family member,” is Mr Naidu’s narrative.
He has been saying, “Family members killed him and tried to portray it as a natural death. They also washed the blood stains and destroyed evidence. I have never seen such a bloody crime story in any detective novel. Do they have humanity? Only demons and hardcore criminals can do such things. Do we need a Pulivendula in East Godavari which is known for tranquillity? Think about whether you want development or chaos.”
