More Eamcet aspirants opted for Hyderabad centre
kakinada: A large number of aspirants opted for Hyderabad centre particularly Kukatpally zone, for the Eamcet-2016 conducted by Andhra Pradesh. The Eamcet officials expected 20,000 students appear from Hyderabad but now they received more than 32,000 students applications so far.
According to officials, nearly 12,000 students, want to appear for medicine test from Kukkatpally zone. “We have given permission to allot centres for another 5,000 students. We will accommodate more number of students for Eamcet in Hyderabad centre” said Eamcet convener Ch. Saibabu. He said that nearly 7,000 students enrolled in engineering and remaining were for Medicine.
According to sources, a total students of 2,32,843 students enrolled for Eamcet out of which 85,149 for medicine and agriculture and 1,45,958 students for engineering till Friday night.
