After fake video, Kanhaiya's morphed images do the rounds on social media

The picture certainly has the capacity to bolster the anti-national sentiment and would have raised a million eyebrows.

Mumbai: Standing five foot seven inches tall, struggling to stop the altercation between two vying groups on the fateful evening of February 9, the simple looking JNUSU president Kanhaiya Kumar would have hardly dreamed of doing rounds in the most sort-after news channels.

First, it was the fake video that threw the JNUSU president under bad light. The video, which was allegedly morphed, sparked off a furore across the country, with people terming him anti-national. According to reports, the police slapped him with charges of sedition on the basis of the aforementioned video without ascertaining its credibility.

Now, a morphed image has been flocking social media pages since Thursday, showing Kanhaiya standing before a divided India map.
