Danam Nagender wealth grows by Rs 20.48 crore in 4 years
Hyderabad: Former minister Danam Nagender, who is contesting on a TRS ticket from Khairatabad, has seen his wealth grow by Rs 20.48 crore in four years. He had lost the 2014 elections on a Congress ticket. Mr Nagender, who listed himself as a social worker, had disclosed his movable assets (investment, cash and shares) as Rs 2,50,09,545 in 2014, while it shot up to Rs 22,98,28,052 crore.
The value of his immovable assets (properties, residence and commercial buildings) grew from Rs 3 crore to 4.5 crore .
His liabilities grew from Rs 5.65 crore to Rs 40.72 crore. A large chunk of loan was sought from Bhagyanagar Infra Structure Limited, Prime Properties, Siddhartha Infratech and Srihari Devi Private Limited.
His wife D. Anita owns more properties than Mr Nagendar.
Her properties are worth Rs 9 crore. Mr Nagendar paid income tax of Rs 15.78 lakh and has no criminal cases.
