Bengaluru: The RMC Yard police have arrested a 23-year-old rowdy-sheeter under Goonda Act on Saturday.
The rowdy has been identified as Khaia Moin. According to police, Moin was involved in several rowdy activities in RMC Yard, Peenya, Yashwanthpur and Rajajinagar police station limits.
The police said that Moin was involved in attempt to murder, robbery and extortion since 2012 and has over 36 cases booked against him in 20 different police stations. The rowdy was arrested under Goonda Act for his attempts to create an atmosphere of fear among people, the police said.
