Visakhapatnam: A man was brutally stabbed to death in broad daylight and another was seriously injured at Mamidipalem under Anakapalle rural police station limit in Vizag on Friday. The deceased was Lalam Paramesh (40) and the injured was Govada Giribabu. The police said that the duo was consuming liquor at a wine shop at Mamidipalle when Pandu and Laxman approached them, asking them to buy drinks for them. Both of them refused which led to Pandu attacking them with a knife. Though they tried escaping, Pandu followed them and stabbed Paramesh multiple times. The police launched a manhunt.
