Modi told to stop discrimination
The MP said here on Wednesday that they were going to take up another movement with a demand to sanction special category status to AP.
Eluru: Underlining the importance of co-ordination between the Centre and the state government to initiate developmental works and welfare schemes in the state, Eluru MP Maganti Venkateswara Rao appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to give up his discriminatory attitude towards Andhra Pradesh and help it witness development by sanctioning projects and releasing requisite funds.
The MP said here on Wednesday that they were going to take up another movement with a demand to sanction special category status to AP, railway zone at Visakhapatnam, steel factory at Kadapa and to fulfil other provisions incorporated in AP Reorganisation Act, 2014 and also assurances made on the floor of Rajya Sabha by the previous Congress regime.
