BJP wants President's Rule in Kerala

The BJP leaders demanded dismissal of CPM-led LDF government in Kerala.

GUNTUR: Alleging that the CPM men killed activists of the BJP, RSS and allied outfits in Kerala, the BJP leaders staged a protest here on Tuesday. The BJP leaders demanded dismissal of CPM-led LDF government in Kerala and imposing President Rule that state. The BJP leaders alleged that the ruling CPM has been continuously attacking BJP, RSS and Sangh Parvivar leaders and demanded stopping the attacks on Hindu leaders.

Else, the BJP leaders warned of taking stern action against the Communist leaders after coming to power in Kerala. Addressing the protesters, party AP official spokesperson J. Ranga Raju said nearly 220 leaders and activists of the BJP, RSS and ABVP were killed in Kerala by the CPM men. He said Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan was a big failure in controlling law and order in that state. He demanded intervention of the President, dismissal of CPM government and imposing President Rule in Kerala .

BJP Guntur Urban president A. Anjaneyulu said support to their party was increasing by the day in Kerala and alleged that unable to digest the support to the BJP, the CPM government was resorting to attacking the BJP men. “To protect the principle of democracy in the state, the LDF government should be dismissed immediately,” the BJP leader said.

He demanded protection of democracy in Kerala by dismissing LDF government. The BJP leaders and activists aired slogans against CPM on the occasion. Later BJP leaders submitted a memorandum of their demands to district collector K Sasidhar in the Collector chamber.
