Gomukha Vyaaghra trying to bring down my govt, says H D Kumaraswamy

Unable to dethrone the government as per the deadlines set by them, BJP leaders are now setting new deadlines, he said.

KALABURAGI: Contending that neither the Jarkiholi brothers nor former chief minister Siddaramaiah are behind the efforts to destabilize his government, CM H.D. Kumaraswamy blamed the ‘gomukha vyaaghra’ for making clandestine efforts by mobilising crores of rupees from various kingpins to dethrone him.

When asked by the media to name the real villain behind attempts to destabilise his government, Mr Kumaraswamy replied, “You know who he is...while quietly accusing the government of not performing.. he is making all efforts to remove it behind the scenes. He is a gomukha vyaaghra (wolf in sheep’s clothing)...he is the villain”. The CM also denied reports that former CM Siddaramaiah was fomenting trouble through the Jarkhiholi brothers. “Siddaramaiah has contributed a lot to the stability of this government which I am confident, will complete five years. His name is being unnecessarily dragged into the controversy”.

Pointing to Afzalpur MLA M.Y. Patil who was present at the conference, Mr Kumaraswamy said “look at this ajja (grandfather)... there were many reports that he is quitting the Congress. So was the case with Bidar MLA Rahim Khan. Unable to dethrone the government as per the deadlines set by them, BJP leaders are now setting new deadlines”, he said.
