A four-year-old student of the school was raped on Friday by school supervisor Jilani, who was subsequently arrested.
The students had met MIM president Asaduddin Owaisi for the purpose on September 29.
MIM president Asaduddin Owaisi and former legislator Kausar Mohiuddin of Karwan met Hyderabad police commissioner Anjani Kumar and requested that the investigation into the Azaan International School rape case be handed over to the CCS.

Mr Owaisi asked that all electronic evidence from the school should be seized and a case booked against the school. He said the management should not be allowed to open the school.
Talking to mediapersons, the minor victim girl’s father thanked Mr Owaisi for his support. “Mr Owaisi met the police commissioner and demanded severe punishment for the man,” the father said.
