The angry students stepped out of their hostel at 9 pm and questioned why water is not being supplied which is their basic right.
Hyderabad: Students of the Osmania University on Wednesday night protested over no supply of water in their hostels near law college and demanded the supply to be restored.
The angry students stepped out of their hostel at 9 pm and questioned why water is not being supplied which is their basic right.
The students squatted on the road causing a major traffic jam in the areas around Tarnaka.
The students were carrying empty buckets with them to draw home the point that they are not having sufficient water in the hostel premises.
Senior administration of the Osmania University agreed that there was a shortage of water in the varsity.
