One more Congress MLA returns

He met KPCC president, Dinesh Gundurao before appearing before the media to share his views.

Bengaluru: A day after two MLAs, Bheema Naik and Pratapgouda Patil turned up at KK Guest House boosting the morale of the Congress party, another Congress MLA, Shivaram Hebbar, who was believed to be with the dissidents, turned up at the KPCC office on Queen's Road on Thursday.

He met KPCC president, Dinesh Gundurao before appearing before the media to share his views.

Mr Hebbar, who represents Yallapur constituency in Uttara Kannada district, admitted that he was disappointed with the party for not giving him a cabinet berth. He however, clarified that he was a loyal soldier of the party and would not leave the Congress.

Replying to a query, he said he did not travel with the other dissidents to any other state and was very much in Karnataka.
