Hyderabad: The Telangana & Andhra Sub Area (TASA) organised a wreath-laying ceremony at Veerula War Memorial, Secunderabad. The event was attended by personnel and veterans from all three services.
Children from Army Schools and NCC Cadets got an opportunity to interact with the veterans of the 1971 Indo-Pak war on the occasion.
Major General Rakesh Manocha, General Officer Commanding, HQ TASA, felicitated the 1971 war veterans. He felicitated Lt General Y.N. Sharma, (Retd), 1971 war veteran, at his residence.
