Telangana CM loyalists get market panel posts
Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has begun allocation of nominated posts of market committees. He had entrusted the task to irrigation minister T. Harish Rao, who, after consulting local TRS leaders, constituted four market committees.
Accordingly, Bidekhani Hanumanth was named the chairman and M.A. Basith the vice-chairman of the Narayankhed agricultural market committee, Sangareddy district along with 12 members.
Besides, G. Jyothi was named chairperson and U. Srinivas named vice-chairman of Maheswaram AMC, Ranga Reddy district. Likewise, Putam Purushotham Reddy was named chairman and Malipeddi Venkat Ram Reddy the vice- chairman of the Gaddiannaram AMC, Ranga Reddy district and Maragoni Jangaiah named the chairman and Bandela Ramulu the vice-chairman of Valigonda AMC, Yadadri district.
Their term of office is one year and is subject to the outcome of an SLP in the Supreme Court, according to the agriculture and cooperation department.
