Chennai: Tamil Nadu Governor Vidyasagar Rao and Chief Minister Jayalalithaa on Saturday greeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his birthday, wishing him a long and healthy life in the service of the nation.
Extending greetings to Modi, Rao said, "Your farsighted vision, pro-citizen policies and your mission to bring about a change in the common man's life and to develop a 'skilled India' have led India to a prominent position in various spheres.

Jayalalithaa said, "On the joyous occasion of your birthday, I take great pleasure in conveying my warm wishes toyou for a wonderful year ahead."
"I pray that the Almighty may grant you many more years of good health and strength to serve our nation and the people," she said.
