New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday agreed to hear on September 19 a special leave petition filed by the victim’s family seeking cancellation of bail to RJD leader Mohammed Shahabuddin granted by the Patna High Court.
Noted lawyer and activist Prashant Bhushan who filed the appeal on behalf of Chandrakeshwar Prasad of Siwan, whose three sons were murdered allegedly at the behest of Shahabuddin, made a ‘mention’ before the Bench.
