Visakhapatnam: With World Photography Day nearing by, photographers of the city are ready to celebrate their passion while enthusiastically surfing their photo archives to showcase their best clicks at exhibitions, competitions and workshops.
As the photography completes 177 years on August 19, all be it amateurs, professionals or enthusiasts are coming together to mark the World Photography Day on August 19. Visakha Camera Club is conducting an exhibition of photographs of both the stalwarts and its members at Andhra University Platinum Jubilee Guest House on August 19 at 5 pm. Two internationally renowned photographers Anil Risal Singh and Rathika Ramasamy have been invited on the occasion, who will give presentations on their respective expertise.
Mr Anil Singh who is also the president of Federation of Indian Photography, would give a presentation on ‘My Journey towards Form and Colour’, best suited for fine art photographers and also budding painters. On the other hand, Mrs Rathika known for her wildlife photography, would give tips on bird photography through her presentation.
