Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court has directed the district education officer to inspect the safety measures provided at the Nagarjuna Model High School at Nagole, where a Class X student died after falling from the school building, before coming to a conclusion on whether or not to give permission to run a school in that building.
Justice A. Rajasheker Reddy was dealing with a petition by Telangana Private Educati-onal Institutions Parents Association stating that seizing the school on account of one unfortunate incident was unfair to the 800 other students.
