Andhra Pradesh hires tech strategist
Vijayawada: Well-known digital strategy consultant Krishna G.V. Giri has been appointed adviser to the AP government for industrial promotion. Principal secretary R.P. Sisodia issued a government appointing Mr Giri as adviser on Tuesday. Mr Giri is a former vice-Chairman and managing partner of H&PS, Accenture India & Singapore.
“Dr Krishna is a phenomenon especially his projects in Malaysia and Singapore in digital transformation.More than public services, he is credited with creating the backbone for Unilever globally that made them competitive to take on P&G,” a close associate of Mr Giri said.
“He has worked with IBM and was literally god in the old Anderson Consulting based out of Singapore. He coined the phrase ‘technology to tensile trade,” the associate said.
