Ahmedabad: A medium intensity earthquake measuring 4.5 on the Richter Scale hit Gujarat on Sunday.
According to the National Centre for Sesmiology, a unit of the Ministry of Earth Sciences, the quake occurred at 9:25 am at a depth of 10 kilometres.
Another quake measuring 3.2 hit Chandel in Manipur at 8:01 am.
There were no immediate reports of loss of life or property in both incidents.
