COIMBATORE: The vice-chancellor of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Dr N Kumar, speaking at a day-long agricultural machinery expo organised by the university at its campus here on Saturday, highlighted the importance of agricultural equipment for achieving higher work efficiency.
Dr Kumar suggested that a customer feedback for farm machineries, as adopted by car manufacturers, be followed to enhance productivity of agricultural machinery. "This approach would improve the efficiency of farm machineries so as to have wider acceptance," Dr Kumar added.
