Hyderabad: A 24-year-old housewife from East Godavari district who came to Hyderabad for her son's treatment, went missing from a hospital in Banjara Hills on Monday.
Police said that Jyothi, 24, hailing from East Godavari district, came to Hyderabad with her husband Kannababu for the treatment of their 18-month-old son, who was suffering from fits.
On Monday, at around 1.30 pm, the couple and the child came to Rainbow Hospital, and later, went to a diagnostic center nearby.
Jyothi sat at the reception along with the luggage. “After an hour, when Kannababu came out he could not find his wife. But the luggage, and her phone were left behind,” said SI Krishnaiah.
The CCTV showed Jyothi walking till the main road and later went out of camera view. A missing case was registered.
