Telangana government has decided to draft its annual Budget after going through the Union Budget.

Hyderabad: The Union Budget will guide Telangana state’s annual Budget this year. With the Centre deciding to submit the Budget on February 1, a month in advance over previous years, the TS government has decided to draft its annual Budget after going through the Union Budget.
Officials are also clueless on how to replace the conventional plan and non-plan expenditure with capital and revenue expenditure from this year as mandated by the Centre.
The TS government wants to derive maximum benefit out of the Union Budget by making allocations to various sectors in accordance with the funds granted by the Centre to various Central-sponsored schemes and state’s share in Central taxes.
