Nine withdraw case, invite Telangana CM to village

The villagers told the media here that they had filed the case after they were instigated by the Opposition.

Karimnagar: Nine residents of Chinnamulkanur, the village adopted by Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, on Saturday said that they have withdrawn a petition they had filed in the High Court after they found their names missing in the list of 2BHK housing scheme beneficiaries.

The villagers told the media here that they had filed the case after they were instigated by the Opposition. They said that they have realised their mistake and were withdrawing their petition.

They said that they came to know that the Chief Minister was no longer interested in visiting their village due to the case and invited him to do so now.
