Kashmir unrest: Bengaluru citizens to protest today
Celebrated Kannada writer and columnist Rohith Chakrathirtha dubbed it as an anti-national' event.
Bengaluru: In response to violence in Kashmir, some citizens have organised an event ‘We Stand With Kashmir’ on Saturday, in the city.
As per an invitation posted on Facebook by a group of activists, the event will be held at Mysore Bank Circle between 4 pm and 6 pm.
But this event has now run into rough weather, with many demanding the cancellation of the event as they feel it is biased against the country. Celebrated Kannada writer and columnist Rohith Chakrathirtha dubbed it as an ‘anti-national’ event.
