Justice Balayogi will continue as Judge of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad.

Hyderabad: Justice Nakka Balayogi has withdrawn his resignation as the Judge of the Hyderabad High Court.
The judge had tendered his resignation on December 3, and it was accepted by the Union law ministry and consequently a notification was issued that his resignation would come into the effect from December 15.
After tendering his resignation, Justice Balayogi had also requested the President to consider the withdrawal of his resignation.
As a result, the President too had approved his request following which the ministry had issued a notification mentioning that resignation stands withdrawn.
Justice Balayogi will continue as Judge of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad. However, he would superannuate on January 14, 2019.
