Telangana: Break from chilly mornings likely
Hyderabad: A low-intensity depression has formed over the west-central Bay of Bengal, which is likely to bring rainfall to isolated pockets of Telangana from November 15 onwards. The city may not get rain, but will see cloudy days, which will lead to higher night temperatures.
In the next few days, the minimum temperature will stay above 18 degrees Celsius, so Hyderabadis will get a break from chilly mornings.
From November 15 to 18, the state may receive light to moderate rainfall or thunderstorm at isolated places; however, Hyderabad’s weather will be generally cloudy with a layer of haze.
The mercury level is likely to be between a high of 30 degrees C and a low of 18 degrees C.
These weather conditions are likely to last until November 19, said Y.K. Reddy, director of the Indian Meteorological Department, Hyderabad.
The month of November started on a cold note, registering 15.6 degrees C on November 2, and fell further on November 11 to 15.4 degrees. The coldest day this month was November 12 when the temperature fell to 14.9 degrees C.
