Telangana: Cabbies protest attack
TSCDOA has strongly condemned the attack on two Uber drivers by bouncers of the Uber management.
Hyderabad: The Telangana State Cabs and Bus Operators’ Association (TSCBOA) and Cab Drivers and Owners Association (TSCDOA) has strongly condemned the attack on two Uber drivers by bouncers of the Uber management. Leaders Syed Nizamu-ddin and Shiva Vulkindakar, said on Monday that drivers Satya Prasad and Raji Reddy were beaten up by the bouncers and a complaint was lodged with Madhapur police station. “After that Uber removed Satya Prasad from services and signalled that all drivers should silently face injustice and attacks,” they said. Meanwhile, many drivers gathered at Uber’s office to discuss their problems issues. The drivers demanded immediate release of all pending incentives and unblocking of drivers.
