Karnataka HC stays CBSE order against NPS schools

The high court also stayed the first information report registered against the institution over forgery charges.

BENGALURU: The Karnataka High Court on Wednesday stayed the CBSE order disaffiliating six National Public School (NPS) branches run by the National Education Trust and National Academy for Learning Trust run by the Citizen Education Society at different locations of Bengaluru and Mysuru.

The high court also stayed the first information report registered against the institution over forgery charges. The six schools that had been disaffiliated are National Academy for Learning, Basaveshwarnagar, National Public School, Indiranagar, Koramangala, Rajaji Nagar, HSR Layout 4th Sector of Bengaluru and NPS International School, Vijayanagar in Mysuru.
