The missing boy, M. Akash, took away his father's motorbike.
The Thrissur District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum has directed a bike dealer to refund the full advance on a motorbike and pay Rs 10,000 as compensation for non-delivery of the vehicle on time.
Hyderabad: Upset with his mother scolding him for not attending college regularly, a 17-year-old intermediate student ran away from his home at Jagadgirigutta a week ago. The missing boy, M. Akash, took away his father's motorbike and made a call a day later informing his father that he will find a job and earn some money to settle.
On Monday evening, Madhavaram Prabhakar, 49, of Tulasi Nagar lodged a complaint with the Jagadgirigutta police that his son Akash went missing and that during the night Akash took away his bike using a spare key.
