TS Lorry Owners Association have announced their support to the strike demanding inclusion of diesel under the GST with a tax slab of 18 per cent.
They also wanted the Centre to review the fuel prices only once in three months and bring down the insurance premium.
Hyderabad: The Lorry owners associations in the Telugu states will join a call by the All India Motor Transport Congress to go on countrywide indefinite strike from July 20.
TS Lorry Owners Association president Bhaskar Reddy and AP Lorry Owners Association general secretary Y.V. Eswara Rao have announced their support to the strike demanding inclusion of diesel under the GST with a tax slab of 18 per cent. They also wanted the Centre to review the fuel prices only once in three months and bring down the insurance premium.
