People end protest against MLA Mutireddy Yadagiri Reddy for land fraud

Hyderabad: Plot buyers ended their protest on the second day on Friday against Jangaon TRS legislator Mutireddy Yadagiri Reddy here. The protesters claimed that the MLA had sold them plots in Ammuguda stating that it was approved by the Hyderabad Urban Development Authority 15 years back. When they tried to build infrastructure like roads and compound walls, municipal officials refused to allow them stating that the land was stuck in litigation. The buyers went back to Mr Reddy but he has refused to explain what went wrong. “Both parties have come to a conclusion and settled the matter,” said Osmania University inspector V. Ashok Reddy.
