Hyderabad: Gayatri Nursing Home at Vaishali Nagar, Hyderabad has been seized as district collector Dr Yogita Rana along with the Task Force Team found them carrying out illegal gender determination tests, abortions and female foeticide.
The team of district medical and health officers Dr I.A. Sarala, Dr Deendayal and others raided the office and found that there was illegal medical termination of pregnancy, female foeticide and also no proper maintaining of records at the Gayatri Nursing Home. The nursing home has also been booked for not maintaining proper records of the patients. Dr Gayatri’s clinic has been seized and locked by the department on Saturday afternoon.
