Kochi: Kerala has the potential to make a giant leap in the area of artificial intelligence (AI) with a robust startup ecosystem to its support, according to experts.
They were participating in a day-long session on ‘AI enabled Transformational Changes --Opportunities, Challenges, and Future for Startup Entrepreneurship’ at Maker Village in Kochi on Tuesday.AI has trickled down to every walk of life and its role could no longer be underplayed in Kerala, said Dr Roshy John, Global Head, Industrial Robotics and Cognitive Systems, TCS. The state has not only the accessibility and a strong start-up ecosystem, but also immense support from the government, he said while opening the session.
