Visakhapatnam: TikTok sensation Sonika Kethavath, who met with a road accident recently and was admitted to a hospital, has been declared dead by doctors, upsetting her fans and followers.
Sonika suffered grievous injuries after the bike she was pillion riding with her friend hit a tree at Korrapati Toll Gate in Ketapalli mandal of Nalgonda district a few days ago. The accident occurred while the duo was trying to take a TikTok video. While Sonika succumbed to injuries on Thursday, her friend is recuperating in the hospital and has been declared out of danger.
The 20-year-old sensation was a B. Tech student and an actor by passion. She was very popular on Tiktok for her lip-synching and acting skills. Many of her pictures and videos were shot in Rushikonda.
Sonalika was a nature-enthusiast and had immense love for travelling and a soft spot for bike trips. She also acted in some short films and appeared in private song albums.
